Skeet Reese, well known professional bass angler, shared a video on his Facebook page with some great coverage of a bass boat ejection that occurred right in front of him, and the ensuing rescue of the boat operator.

Skeet reports the accident happened shortly after takeoff of the MLF Bass Pro Tour Tournament on Table Rock Lake, Sunday 19 May 2019.

He says a local angler hit a wake and was ejected.

As Skeet notes, the boat operator wearing a PFD / life jacket and attaching the kill switch lanyard helped prevent a tragedy.

Skeet goes on to thank other tournament anglers that stopped to help out as well.
